Model Implication

Features

1. The outer casing is cast aluminum alloy ZL102. Adopting one-time die-casting process, the product has smooth surface, beautiful appearance, high density of internal structure of metal, no defects such as bubbles and blisters, and strong impact resistance;

2. After the surface is processed by high-speed shot blasting and other series of processes, the advanced automatic high-pressure electrostatic spray and thermosetting integrated line process is adopted. The plastic layer formed on the surface of the shell has strong adhesion and is not easy to fall off, and the product has good anti-corrosion ability;

3. Internally, according to user requirements, electrical components such as indicators, buttons, meters, switches, etc. can be selected and arranged in a modular combination;

4. Special curved road protection design, strong protection ability, all exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel;

5. The inlet and outlet ports usually use pipe threads to configure the cable clamping and sealing device. They can also be made into metric thread and NPT thread according to the requirements of the user's site. The cable incoming direction can be made into various forms such as up and down according to user requirements. ;

6. Steel pipes and cable wiring can be used;

7. Outdoor products can be equipped with rain cover according to user requirements.
